Delete your LibRoom account

This page explains exactly how you can request permanent deletion of your LibRoom account and all associated data, even if you can't open the app.
🗑️ In-app deletion (recommended)
- Open LibRoom on your device.
- Tap My Info in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete on the pop-up dialog.
Once you confirm, your account and personal library are deleted immediately. We send a confirmation e-mail to the address linked to the account.
✉️ Request deletion by e-mail (if you can't access the app)
Send an e-mail to libroom.it@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject line: “Delete my LibRoom account”
We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when the process is complete.
📄 Need a copy of your data first?
If you want an export of your library before deletion, include that request in the same e-mail:
“Please send me an export of my LibRoom library (JSON or CSV) and then delete my account.”
🗂️ What exactly is deleted and when?

We do not store payment or purchase records because LibRoom currently offers no paid features.
⏳ Processing timeline
- Your request is processed within 30 days.
- You can withdraw the request any time before completion by replying to the confirmation e-mail.
